I met with Ethan Wagler from Hostetler Construction, to discuss bidding on a 30×40 garage on my property in Mercer Pa. He was very attentive to my request, and made some great suggestions that would improve the project in a cost-effective way.

I had received several other bids. Some were just outlandishly high. Some didn’t meet my specific requests. Some were months out on start date. Ethan’s bid was not the lowest, but it did address everything I needed to complete my project reasonably close to my budget. So I accepted his bid on May 4, 2026.

Site prep began on Thursday June 11, and building construction began on Monday June 15. Ethan and his crew completed that 30×40 garage on Friday June 19th! And the quality and care of the workmanship was excellent, down to every detail! His cement crew (Stateline Concrete) was also outstanding and did a beautiful job.

I would definitely recommend Ethan and Hostetler Construction to anyone in need. They were fair and honest, and treated me and my project with respect and care. Definitely a FIVE STAR performance.
